Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to disrobe?

No.  Craniosacral therapy is usually done through the clothes, which comes as a relief to those who would otherwise avoid other forms bodywork for reasons of modesty.

It is best to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes that do not restrict movement during sessions.

Babies sometimes need to be unwrapped as they are more readily restricted by bulky folds and seams.

We would also ask that you not wear perfume or other strong smells as many who visit this clinic are extremely sensitive or allergic to these.
